00:00:05: Can you briefly explain what is being demonstrated today?

00:00:09: Yes, certainly.

00:00:10: We are demonstrating the Inventor-Nine a pre shredder from the largest performance and size class.

00:00:17: The machine is specifically designed to process large quantities of material quickly and efficiently even when the Material composition varies greatly.

00:00:27: And what kind of materials Is the Machine mainly used for?

00:00:31: in our example we Are working with green waste.

00:00:35: this material can vary greatly From wood heavy components to wet or muddy material.

00:00:41: This is exactly where the Inventor-Nine shows its strengths!

00:00:51: Many customers have a problem that their material structure is constantly changing, nevertheless they expect consistent output quality and high throughput rates – this often difficult with conventional solutions.

00:01:04: Okay, and is there a solution that you can offer for this problem?

00:01:09: Well we rely on our DOP basket system with a comb basket.

00:01:13: In the example shown we use a comb-basket fine which is particularly well suited to wood heavy green waste.

00:01:20: This results in very homogenous output.

00:01:23: Another thing what happens if material is wet or muddy?

00:01:29: Well, there is an alternative solution for this.

00:01:34: This ensures that even difficult material can be processed efficiently without reducing the performance of the machine.

00:02:15: well quite simply fast terms of adapting the machine to different materials, cost-effective reliable and high performance.

00:02:24: The Inventor Nine is available with a tracked undercarriage or as shown here has a semi-tracked machine.

00:02:30: this machine is powered by the MTU's six R thirteen hundred engine with three hundred ninety kilowatt five hundred thirty horsepower.
