00:00:11: Today I'm showing the Inventor.

00:00:13: six point two one of most efficient pre-shredders on market especially when considered cost per tonne.

00:00:21: The machine designed to process materials economically and reliably.

00:00:26: What material has been processed during this demonstration?

00:00:30: In this example, we are working with waste wood.

00:00:33: When processing wastewood two things are particularly important low-processing costs and at the same time high and consistent output quality.

00:00:43: And what challenges do customers face?

00:00:48: Biomass materials such as waste wood often have to meet very different requirements.

00:00:53: At the same time, many customers expect this machine to be able process other materials like commercial waste or green waste.

00:01:01: This flexibility is a major challenge!

00:01:04: Okay sounds not that easy but what solution does the Inventor six point two offer for this?

00:01:10: Well this where our DoppBasket system comes into play.

00:01:15: it allows the operator very flexibly to different material requirements.

00:01:20: In this demonstration, for example we are using a comb basket fine to produce the product with grain size of approximately zero-to three hundred millimeters while maintaining high throughput.

00:01:33: and can smaller grain sizes also be produced?

00:01:38: Yes, that is possible.

00:01:39: With special wastewood baskets or a hexagon basket we can also set smaller target grain sizes of around one hundred and twenty to one hundred sixty millimeters.

00:01:49: This allows the machine to be tailored very precisely for desired application.

00:01:54: Are there any other improvements in the Inventor six point two compared its predecessor?

00:02:01: Yes, especially in terms of loading.

00:02:03: The feeder hopper volume has been increased from five to eight cubic meters and the filling width of three point three metres also makes feeding much easier.

00:02:14: This makes the material flow more efficient And the machine easier to operate.

00:02:19: So if you had to summarize the most important advantages briefly what would you say?

00:02:24: Well, I'd say the Inventor six point two is flexible quick to convert versatile and very economical to operate.

00:02:32: It has precisely this combination that makes it interesting for many applications.

00:02:37: The inventor is available with three different chassis configurations as an essay attract vehicle or shown here a three-axle trailer.
