00:00:00: And next company in front of us is Unter and the question is which shredding solution is under presenting here at The Praxis Tage this time.

00:00:09: So today we are presenting the XR Mobile E, its latest version featuring further improved OPEX an upgraded drivetrain and even greater operating comfort.

00:00:21: This shredder is equipped with a direct drive, two times one hundred thirty-two kilowatt synchronous motors and the one hundred ten millimeter perforated screen including chip breaker.

00:00:35: Depending on input material or desired output size different cutting systems can be installed in.

00:00:42: The RC cutting system used here was specifically developed for the pre-shedding of a wide range of material streams.

00:00:50: Its unique tooth geometry combines tearing and cutting, ensuring optimal material intake all without need for hydraulic pusher.

00:01:00: This machine can process up to eighty tonnes per hour untreated waste into defined particle size using only sixteen or thirty two rotor knives which remain productive for over three hundred operating hours without any maintenance.

00:01:23: The Machine operates at a maximum rotor speed of just thirty five rpm Which is generally beneficial to the machine and offers several advantages.

00:01:38: The low speed significantly reduces dust emissions, which is a major advantage especially when processing waste wood.

00:01:45: It also results in less fines allowing more material to be directed into recycling.

00:01:51: Additionally it provides high level of resistant to contaminants.

00:01:56: Well that sounds really interesting.

00:01:57: could you explain little bit about some key effects on this drive system?

00:02:03: The direct drive stands for maximum efficiency and low maintenance costs.

00:02:09: The load-dependent speed control ensures high throughput rates, an optimal threading process which can be adapted to the specific material.

00:02:18: There is essentially no difference between stationary and semi-mobile XR And above all there are no compromises in performance.

00:02:27: So with a closer look on this machine we could read power core ready.

00:02:31: What does this label mean?

00:02:34: The power core is a self-sufficient diesel generator developed by ANTHR.

00:02:39: It serves as a flexible energy source for shredding processes at locations where no suitable power supply is available or for temporary use.

00:02:50: So it's kind of evolution to operate the efficient XR with an efficient diesel generator.

00:02:56: Why do emission standards matter here?

00:02:59: The power core was specifically developed for XR and ZR, and represents a smart system solution.

00:03:06: It generates only as much energy the shredder actually requires while intelligently managing peak loads enabling fuel savings of up to twenty five percent.
